Fever...Flu..Cough..Headache..Gastric Pain..Giddiness..the wanna puke feeling..everything either come at 1 go or after another..

Almost fell from the escalator this morning when I go train station take newspaper..was feeling giddy..wonder if its my blood pressure..lucky I managed to hold on to the side..din fall..but it scared the shit outta me..took a cab to work after tat..
